意大利站点封号与SDI有关？参与SDI系统开通的测试能在5个工作日解封？

亚马逊Prime Day之前，不少的意大利卖家收到了亚马逊的通知，由于意大利的增值税申报不符合要求而被封店。

没有任何征兆下，店铺就被封了。大家第一时间就觉得意大利开始查税了，因为2019年意大利颁布了电商反欺诈法，销售平台有义务向税务局分享卖家店铺信息。

此次被关店的意大利卖家得到亚马逊回复：

We are expanding SDI reporting to Italian Tax Authorities to include B2B and B2C cross-border sales of goods from Italy. These changes will apply to all sellers using the services covered by this program policy, who have a valid Italian VAT Registration number and are physically present in Italy.

译为：我们正在扩大对意大利税务机关的SDI报告,包括来自意大利的B2B和B2C商品跨境销售。这些更改将适用于使用本计划政策涵盖的服务的所有卖家,他们拥有有效的意大利增值税注册号并实际居住在意大利。

You remain responsible for generating XML documents and submitting them to SDI in the following use cases: a) B2C distance sales when the Selling Partner is VAT registered in the destination country.  For such transactions, VCS will only be generating a pdf invoice for the B2C sale to the end customer. b) Goods that are shipped to and from San Marino.
